Here are some numbers we wanted to share with folks. We are still working on the best way to compile data with our transfer to the new regional MLS system, so please bare with me a bit as we do so. That said, here's my take on the market.
1. New construction continues to be strong in and around Missoula.
2. You can see the median home sale has increased nearly 4% over 2015. A trend that has been happening the past 3-4 years now.
3. Actual "sale price" to "list price" has increased back up to the 96% area. Meaning when sellers price accordingly, they are getting top dollar.
*Some of these numbers and graphs are a bit skewed with data due to our transition to the new MLS. That said, I'll leave my take on the market to the above comments, and if you have any questions, please feel free to let us know!
