We have received the end of year market report for 2015, as well as a comparison to 2014. In short, it echos what we have been saying all year:

1. Tight inventory, especially under the $250,000 price point

2. As a result of tight inventory and improved economic conditions, median price has risen

3. Days on market have decreased as a result of lack of supply

4. Both pending and closed sales were up over 2014

September Residential Numbers

Numbers for the month of September have been released! Overall, our market continues to be very active. While pending sales are down, actual closed sales are up 2%, and there are 10% more listings compared to September of 2014. Furthermore, the median sales price continues to increase, which is no surprise as this has been trending up for quite some time. New construction continues to be very prevalent in and around Missoula - both residential and commercial!
